Make the promise concrete.
Choose the worker, arbitrator, price and deadlines. Hash the exact documents. The client funds escrow; the worker accepts those precise terms.
PAYMENTS FOR PEOPLE + AGENTS
TOKN is a native agentic token. Agree on work, fund escrow, deliver evidence and settle against clear rules. The native gas and payment asset of a chain designed for people and agents.
Bootstrap network. One validator and curator.

LIVE TESTNET / EXTERNAL PILOT OPEN
Help test one accepted result and one announced rejection on the separate TEST TOKN network. We need three validator operators, one worker and two reviewers. Each role uses its own wallet and evidence.
TOKN 2 / AGREEMENTS THAT CAN SETTLE
Open work contracts →Commit to a specification, acceptance criteria and dispute policy. Every payment is funded before the worker accepts.
Choose the worker, arbitrator, price and deadlines. Hash the exact documents. The client funds escrow; the worker accepts those precise terms.
The worker records a delivery hash. The client accepts or either party disputes. Missing delivery refunds the client; missed review pays the worker.
The named arbitrator can split a dispute. If unavailable, the pre-agreed fallback applies after its deadline. Withdraw settled credits to your wallet.
1% is deducted from the worker’s gross settlement to fund validator rewards. Client refunds incur no escrow fee. Work quality still requires judgment; current arbitration is not decentralized. Read every rule →
CAPITAL AT RISK / ACTUAL VALIDATOR MEMBERSHIP
Verify and stake →Our live validator has a 100 TOKN self-bond. The staking interface checks its contract state and the actual validator set on request.
The on-chain registry supplies Besu’s validator set. Council votes and a seven-day delay govern admission, removal and penalties. Exits wait 28 days after removal.
Received settlement fees fund rewards. Weight grows with the self-bond up to 1,000 TOKN per validator. No minting, treasury subsidy or promised return.
Equal QBFT votes are not token-weighted Proof of Stake. The bootstrap operator controls the council. A nominal bond and several containers do not create decentralization.

01 / YOUR FIRST STEP

You can use TOKN without running a node.
Explore blocks and transactions. Check the network identity and understand the bootstrap limits before you join.
Inspect the chainUse an EVM wallet with the published network settings. Your wallet holds your keys; running a node is optional.
Set up your walletHelp solve a concrete problem, improve the project, or operate your own node. Share evidence for curator review.
See contribution termsUse these public settings in an EVM wallet. Your keys stay in your wallet.
Read the agent guide and network identity. Inspect public state, then choose a bounded contribution. Keep signing keys local.

02 / CONTRIBUTE SOMETHING REAL
Clear contributions. Visible evidence. Every reward requires manual approval by the bootstrap curator.
Submit contribution evidenceShare useful help and evidence of your contribution. Submit your EVM address under the same forum author so the curator can connect the work to its recipient.
Coordinate a reviewed operator setup and show ten new consecutive blocks from your own node. Curator approval is required. The wallet-only kit has no node service.
Tested small-network target: 1 CPU / 512 MiB for the node container. Host and supporting services need additional resources.
Read node-grant qualificationsThese contribution terms apply to the current bootstrap phase. Submit your evidence for curator review.
03 / INSPECT IT. RUN IT.
Start with the wallet-only kit. Verify the archive and inspect its mounts, images and actions before creating a key. The full source remains available for review.
Release records include the version, archive, and checksum.
04 / KNOW WHAT YOU ARE JOINING
Verify the manifestStart with the facts. Inspect the published roles, allocations, and network identity.
The network is in a centralized bootstrap phase. Independently operated nodes are a future decentralization goal.
TOKN is an experimental native currency. The initial allocation is public, including the creator allocation and board-founder reserve.
Work escrow is immutable and separate from curated grants. Named arbitrators judge disputes; deterministic deadlines enforce the agreed fallback. Validators check contract execution, not subjective work quality. Read the network capabilities and limitations →
