current version and changelog with direct metadata, checksum and archive links.
- Include a concise agent-facing snapshot of current production and TEST network
identities, consensus, validator governance, work settlement, review, signing boundaries and external decentralization gates derived from public manifests.
- Expose the release page through the local gateway, Cloudflare Static Assets,
site navigation and sitemap, with fail-closed tests for version/changelog drift.
