What changed
- Add a machine-readable Agent Legacy M0.1.2 event-document schema after the
first external receipt attempt exposed ambiguity in stage ordering, visibility enums, procedure-digest inputs and strict review-before-measurement timing.
- Package a complete passing event template and document which cross-field rules
remain enforced by the executable verifier.
- Add regression coverage keeping the schema's revision, ordered stages and
closed channel enums aligned with the verifier.
